Dynamics Fan Auto Control Plugin Not Initializing Properly on System Reboot #95

The Dynamics Fan Auto Control plugin does not seem to initialize correctly when I restart my system. After a reboot, if my hard drives exceed the set temperature threshold, the fans do not activate as expected.

I can only fix this issue by manually going into the plugin settings, slightly changing any value (e.g., changing a number) to enable the "Apply" button, and then clicking "Apply". Once I do this, the plugin starts working normally and continues to function for months without issues. However, I have to repeat this process every time I reboot my Unraid server.

Steps to Reproduce:
Restart the Unraid system.
Wait for the hard drives to exceed the set temperature threshold.
Observe that the fans do not activate.
Open the Dynamics Fan Auto Control plugin settings.
Change any value to unlock the "Apply" button and press "Apply".
After this, the plugin functions as expected until the next system reboot.

Expected Behavior:
The fans should automatically activate when the hard drives exceed the temperature threshold, even after a system restart, without needing to manually re-apply the settings.

System Details:
Unraid Version: 6.12.13
Plugin Version: 1.7
Hardware: Intel N100 + KIOXIA-EXCERIA_G2_SSD + 2x HGST Ultrastar He10 HDD
