Bug: Changing Proxy settings leads to timeout

The proxy settings introduced in #1526 fail for the added e2e test-set https://github.com/berops/claudie/tree/master/manifests/testing-framework/test-sets/proxy-with-hetzner when 5.yaml is applied.

This issues ocurred 3x in our e2e pipeline already, although is seems that sometimes it passes.

Steps To Reproduce

Apply the manifests in the proxy-with-hetzner test-set.
