the collector config is outdated, as you mention in the readme in this repo the data_format = "influx" is needed, its missing from the grafana site.
data_format = "influx"
Also the Data source: tag is InfluxDB 1.0.0 which differs from the title ZFS Pool Metrics (InfluxDBv2)

InfluxDB 1.0.0
ZFS Pool Metrics (InfluxDBv2)
Possibly other info needs updating.
