All chapter: Make capital/lower case reference to roles and other terms consistent across chapters

@zarbspace @Hurstharrier @rebecca-wodcke-gad Shall we make a decision on this so that we can incorporate in current edits? Are we going to capitalise the key terms when they appear in the book?

I suggest that we capitalise the four roles as personas, but then use lower case for other things (e.g. assurance plan)

This suggestion has been reviewed by our external editor - it goes against GDS guidance:

I have asked for some further clarification. "On roles I am less clear since the names (analyst, assurer etc) are specific in the sense that they have a defined set of requirements but they don’t refer to a named person. So if the guide is interpreted as not named people in these roles then the GDS guide applies."

Valentine will address this and then we can progress.
