Describe the bug
The navigation bar doesn't open when the window is in mobile form (either by using chrome inspector or actually loading Betaflight on a phone).
To Reproduce
Go to app.betaflight.com, go to inspector, enable device toolbar/preview and resize the window to mobile proportions, then try to navigate Betaflight.
Expected behavior
The navbar menu opens and allows navigation to other tabs/sections of Betaflight Configurator.

11.0.0 (0a7f22b)
