Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

In case of a failed upgrade we get into a situation where we can't do anything with the interface and the only way out is to refresh the page, or re-enter the tab. This will reset all the previously selected settings: target, version, build options etc
image

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow the user to stop or restart the current upgrade process.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The chosen options persist until the page is updated, so re-entering the tab will save the previously chosen settings.

additionally, selecting any other flashing mode tends to reset options as well. such is annoying when manually selecting all desired options, then decide to select 4.6-dev over 4.5.x release.

maybe a potential solution to this issue ticket could cover both situations.
