Feedback form

The goal of the feedback form is to give users a way to surface issues with their calls. Not all issues can be deduced from the Twilio data alone and this allows us to capture the subjective experience of the call

At the end of every call, a user should be able to give feedback on the quality of the call (good/bad, 5 stars, etc). This result should be stored in two places:

• The TwilioCalls table in the backend
• Twilio Voice Feedback API (https://www.twilio.com/docs/voice/api/feedback-resource)

As far as possible, the options we present to users should resemble the options from the Twilio API.
