Deny Invalid Mex Orders error causing hiccups

Description

Every so often I'm seeing an error in the console:

[Deny Invalid Mex Order]: Warning: Extractors cannot be placed off of metal spots

Several other people said they're experiencing this also. Happens even when spectating.

Expected Behaviour

No error, or error but no game lag

Actual Behaviour

Game freezes for several seconds when error happens

It's possible the freezes are being caused by something else and that just happens to be the last message in the console

I think it's unlikely any performance problems are caused by this, but maybe log spam in a gadget causes more problems than I realized. Either way, it's far noisier than I meant for it to be, so I'm removing it.
