In AOE2 lobby (voobly) the player list will indicate someone is streaming to twice and provide a quick way to view the stream in their browser. In voobly it has to be setup by the streamer but it is easy to do so an optional.

I wonder if tags could eventually play this role - ie, if you had the tag of "Streamer::WinterGaming" that, when clicked, took you to Winter's twitch stream but only if a) the individual is in the lobby and b) if the Twitch API indicates that WinterGaming is currently streaming. Would require a bit of logic on the backend and added complexity to the tag system but I think that would be a pretty versatile system. That way you could then filter lobbies by people that are also streaming.
