In Lobby Online Replay Browser + Download Function

Greetings,

I did encounter that you can't browse or download replays from inside of your lobby. It opens your browser at the moment.

So i would like to add the functionality that the lobby can access the (public) API and fetches all information there (and show it).
It should also able to download the replay file directly into the replay folder.

I'm a professional TS+VueJs programmer for about 4 years.
If allowed, I would be happy to use my skill to contribute to this amazing game.

So my Questions are:

1. Is this a duplicate of Online replay browser #34?
2. Is someone else currently working on this feature? Or can i start on it?

Maybe? Sometimes it's not clear #279, and here I'm not sure myself.

I really recommend to join Discord https://discord.gg/beyond-all-reason, grab Development role and say hi in #new-lobby where most of the coordination happens and people pay the most attention at the moment. The new lobby is still in the early stage as you see.
