General - IDE - Addition of opening the log via a the current default Text Editor

The current selection list does not include having the log file opened via the default text editor. It would be nice to have that as an option.

Note

• Given the # of text editors, I suggest that the selection be "Default Text Editor" and not give a list of all the possible text editors
