Suggestion/note from Anniina
Add ability to define access permissions for projects. Not everything needs to be visible in the database shared by Evira and THL. For example, test projects and some species data (e.g. pneumococci) could be private to avoid confusion. Important projects and their samples could only be deleted by system admins (have to discuss backups with CSC).

This is outside of the scope of INNUENDO as ideally EVIRA and THL could have two different platforms that could share data. However we will look into this outside the scope of INNUENDO since we will implement this feature for our own use
