Is this supposed to supplement or replace the information from predatory_journals.json?

@mpbrennan7 The idea is that it would supplement the information from predatory_journals.json, which is scraped from Beall's List (beallslist.net).

There are a few ways we could do this. We would probably need a separate .json file, and if the files have different structures (e.g. due to limitations in how the websites can be scraped), then we may need separate classes to search them (or else another script to convert the files to the same structure).
