Automatically create an auth_conf.xml file for ldap authentication

It would be nice to add something that creates the auth_conf file automatically. Environment variables are not secure enough. Just placing it in the export folder and let the script copy it to the config folder would work. Automated templating would be much nicer. Maybe place a chmod 600 yaml in the export folder and this is then automatically templated to auth_conf.xml in config?
Where would that fit best (compose? Galaxy extra's)? I already have a template.
