Compare to actilifecounts?

Just wanted to see how this compares to https://github.com/jhmigueles/actilifecounts? Is there a quick comparison of these 2 packages? I see actilifecounts is on CRAN as well.

@muschellij2 I haven't compared it with the actilifecounts package from @jhmigueles. I think the main part of the programs are identical and a direct translation from ActiGraph's Python package but we added a few additional extensions to agcounts R package to improve speed and user flexibility. I know that @jhmigueles integrated his package into GGIR which could benefit many additional users.

We haven't submitted agcounts to CRAN. I'm not sure if/when we will do that. I'm a novice when it comes to package development and still learning how to do it. I'd be interested in seeing the results of the comparison if you end up doing it, but I imagine they will be identical if there are no errors in the code and the same readers are used. From my experience, the readers have been the most challenging part to reproducing the ActiGraph counts.
