Notebook in the style of Aerts'

Should contain:

  • Download from ORCESTRA
  • Deconstruction of MAE
  • Data set up for analysis
  • Correlation analysis
  • MRMR feature selection
  • Predictive modelling

Is essentially started in analyze_readii_outputs
