Checklist of things to know about a dataset before blasting it through READII-2-ROQC

Image type
Segmentation type
ROI name(s)
# of segmentations/patient
Multi-institution dataset? Are they available separately?
How many clinical data sources (spreadsheets)
Clinical data patient ID column name (will it be captured by regex?)
Any clinical exclusion factors? (E.g. disease sites?)
Public or private dataset
