This example doesn't seem to be working:

LSKI1497:bhmm.jchodera/examples/discrete_1d_2min] choderaj% python run.py

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "run.py", line 29, in <module>
    hmm = bhmm.estimate_hmm(observations, nstates, output_model_type='discrete')
TypeError: estimate_hmm() got an unexpected keyword argument 'output_model_type'

Looking into what is going on here.
