Allow a ^Keywords:-line to add tags to Markdown documents,
as well as convert these into HTML

<meta name="keywords" content="keywords, tags, markdown, example"/>

or LaTeX

\usepackage[
    pdfkeywords={keywords, tags, markdown, example},
]{hyperref}
