_c suffix columns are not added #2

Hi,

First of all a big thank you for the tutorial. It has been very very useful.

But, If you check https://github.com/bigmlcom/bigml-talend-components/wiki/Salesforce.com%20metadata%20object

After doing: "Retrieve Salesforce Modules" and selecting 'Lead', it shows status as success.

The problem is "All the custom fields we created before in this tutorial will appear with the suffix __c" - This step doesn't happen.

It would be great if you could give any pointers to solve this, is it ok if extra fields (with __c suffix) manually.
