detail views/pages/urls for project/group/user not used #366

The detail pages for project/group/user are not used as the information is all condensed in the users landing page.
The HPC admins currently only see open requests. It might be useful to have an overview page for the admins of all entities and links to the detail page.
Decide whether they are going to be used, and either use them or ditch them
If they are used they should be reworked as the design is out-dated.
