[Feature request]: Upload current vim scheme

Here is a feature request: if you don't get to it, I may get to it myself eventually

Add the ability to upload, parse, and display someone's current colorscheme. I have no idea what the hex values for my colorscheme colors are (the ctermfg parts, I can grok the hex values from the gui section).

That definitely seems like a good idea. However, I don't believe that it would work without translating the cterm colors to gui colors before uploading. I might be wrong though.

I'm not sure how soon I'll get to this, as I do have some other features I would like to try getting in first.
