Is this repo still acitve #192
Comments
I'd be happy to grant contributor access to the repo to any trusted person if they'd like to help keep it up to date. I've been very busy as it's my final year at university. I'll admit I've spent less time than I'd like to keep my projects alive and up to date.

Well you have a few contributors already, maybe they can have a look on the pull requests. |
That is indeed a shame that this so nice project is not moving forward as it is already very good as it is and would be even better with small improvements... I agree with @TheCataliasTNT2k why not granting to the existing contributors ? |
I am not able to maintain this stuff alone, but I would appreciate, if someone did. |
This is a very good project. Let us know if you plan to drop it or leave it behind so that we are not waiting for necessary updates and look for an alternative. |
I've been putting it off for a while because of work and there being a lot of things that need to be implemented in the pipelines to ensure that builds are pushed successfully. One of the things I'm planning (and have been thinking about for a while) is a v2.0 of the protocol, which necessitates a few things being in place. But the potential amount of work required means that I've been procrastinating on getting started. I stopped working on it a while ago because of very busy schedules at university, and things have been piling up since then. I think it's time that I come back and do some real effort on the repo again. Maybe I will rekindle the spark of motivation that I need to pick the project up.
That said, I do think fixing the Android 13 issue should be looked into, so I'll fire up Android Studio after work tomorrow and see if I can at least get the pipelines running again and push out an update to the stores. Once that's in place, I'll be taking a look at the backlog of issues in the repo.

Currently, there seems to be a few critical issues with the latest available build and android 13.

The last weeks, I thought, if I should implement the thing in rust or not, with a few of my own features. |
Thanks so much for spending your time and skills keeping this project alive. It's a great app / backend, I love it. |
