Revert API auth

Reverts to the API credentials used before 0.7.8, as these apparently create issues for China (and therefore probably North America).
The old credentials continue to work for rest_of_world (with the changed endpoint introduced in 0.7.8).

Change China & USA login

Change the authentication endpoints for both China and USA to what can be extracted from the app.
Please note: This is a test release, no clue if this will work!
