Add dynamic extension generators

The idea is to add new generators to the generator-alfresco project making it possible to generate :

• Dynamic-extensions for alfresco (DE bundle project) (This might require publishing the DE archetype to maven central)
• Dynamic-extension samples, including webscripts, Services, jobs, actions, behaviours ...

To do list:

• Publish a new Dynamic extension archetype to maven central
• Add generator for DE as a child module, this needs to auto add dynamic-extensions to the project deps
• Add sub-generators for generating sample classes for webscripts, scheduled jobs, actions, policies
• add sub-generators for generating content-models, workflow definitions & localization bundles

Hey Younes (@yregaieg), I know you made some progress on this during the hackaton. I believe you said you had run into some issues. Do you need any help to resolve the issues you ran into?

I actually stopped my efforts after the hackathon, it sounds a bit difficult to achieve what I want with SDK3.0 not yet on board... but I am counting on continuing the work during the DevCon hackathon. Would you be available then for guidance ?

I will be available. Also the SDK3 branch of generator-alfresco is in very good shape now. A few rough edges that I’d like to clean up before DevCon, but nothing that should stop you making progress.
