auto follower toggle is perhaps too aggressive

There's some logic to try to guess whether you're still the same presenter and toggle off the follower update if not.

The idea is that if someone else (like a shadow) fired up the presenter that it wouldn't screw up your position. For multi-day presentations, it appears to toggle off when returning the next day. Perhaps the presenter address should expire after a few hours or so?
