Add project metadata to spreadsheet output

When downloading a project archive, add project metadata settings and team description to a file called meta.txt to the archive.

Can you clarify which project spreadsheet & information page you're referring to?

When you download a spreadsheet There are several tabs:

• information
• samples
• lists
• etc...
  The very first tab contains information about this sheet and some instructions. What we want, is in cases where the sheet you downloaded contains just data from one project is to insert the project metadata (these include principal investigator, contact email, data guid, publication guid, etc....)

1. Add extra explanatory text to output on where to look for identifiers.
2. align the verbiage with how meta files are usually delivered (e.g. GBIF eml).
3. Add data sources (dynamically to meta.txt)
