Link MIxS compliant fields to GEOME's SRA submissions

The following fields are minimally required for MIxS compliance:

The task here is to map GEOME's existing fields to these fields (using the "Item INSDC Name"). Some of these fields are already mapped, some of them are not mapped but existing in GEOME, and some of them need to be added to GEOME. This issue is meant to encompass the work to add these fields to the GEOME network configuration, update the appropriate team template for the GEODE work, and then add them to the SRA submission as "Attributes"
