Tag input: Only SPACE key working (in Chrome on Ubuntu)

Tags Tags should contain only lower case letters with numbers, or the following characters: +*#;./%@, but no space, then press ENTER, TAB, or SPACE

I'm using Chrome on Ubuntu and the only working key for adding tags is SPACE. If SPACE always works, I think there is no need to support/mention ENTER/TAB, which usually are bound to other functionalities.
