During the last meeting of the BioImage Model Zoo (meeting minutes here), we discussed the need for an X (Twitter) bot to keep everyone updated when a new model is upload to the BioImage Model Zoo collection.
Proposed solution
It was suggested to use the Send Tweet Action available on the GitHub Marketplace to enable automated tweeting. This action allows us to craft and schedule tweets directly from our GitHub repository. This way, when a model is uploaded, it will automatically post a twitter and let everyone know.
