Access denied on test resources

Hi, I can't download the test resources for this reader nor for any other.
Is the download link publicly available?

Perhaps there is a way I could download the test resources in another way, while this is being fixed? I would like to work on the performance issues raised in AllenCellModeling/aicsimageio#550 but it is difficult to do so without the test files of the readers.

@SeanLeRoy is there a quick way to handle this? I'm not sure if we can allow it to be public. It would be great to help enable this contribution.
@Armavica if you want to work around this, maybe you can download the resources via aicsimageio and I would expect many of them are the same.
