Add mappings for "cellular organism" and "virus" into biolink #1075

In accordance to @cmungall recent changes in COB, I would like to suggest to add mappings to

NCBITaxon:131567 (cellular organism) and
obo:NCBITaxon_10239 (viruses)

To Biolink.
