write_dataframe_to_binaries does not seem to update tsdf object path

If I use write_dataframe_to_binaries to store the binaries and subsequently the meta file using write_metadata, the binaries are stored in output_path (as it is a parameter in write_dataframe_to_binaries), but the metafile is stored in the input_path (as it is still the value for metadata_samples.file_dir_path).
