The gene-function-disease.txt file contains the gene-function-disease triples of 71 diseases. All the triples are automatically extracted from literature.
The fomat of the triples:
--Pmid: the pmid of the literature where the triple extracted from.
--Gene Id.
--Gene Symbol.
--Function: There are 3 functions, LOF/GOF/COM. LOF means loss of function, GOF means gain of function and COM represents LOF and GOF happens together.
--Disease.
