Add dark mode to webapp

I'm not sure how straightforward this would be but it might make curation easier on the eyes if we had a dark mode for the webapp.

I looked into it and I don't think bootstrap has built-in support for this. Most of the solutions are pretty hacky with javascript to append different classes to different elements
