part 2: review/add Translator resources to BTE's API list

Some TRAPI KPs can be retested to see if they're easy/low-hanging fruit to add to BTE's use:

• Genetics KP: Marc Duby has reported that Genetics KP CI has a fix for knowledge_types (Translator Slack). I haven't checked yet.
• Knowledge Collaboratory: issues appeared to be fixed Knowledge Collaboratory KP mostly responding with 500 error NCATSTranslator/Feedback#946
• OpenPredict: issues appeared to be fixed OpenPredict KP often responds with 504 error in Test NCATSTranslator/Feedback#947
• some individual automats (narrow down which resources help with automated-test-run performance and which don't?)
• text-mined co-occurrence: Bill Baumgartner reported that dev/CI have been updated to TRAPI 1.5/adjusted knowledge_types (Translator Slack). Other instances probably haven't been updated.
  • Older note: uncompatible TRAPI version (1.4) + meta_knowledge_graph response edges' knowledge_types is null. Sent Translator Slack message in reasonerapi channel

We may also reconsider MolePro...

Andrew says it's fine not to get this done during this phase.

For next phase, we'll want to consider any problems adding TRAPI KPs for use.
