show error icon for the specific uploader

When there are multiple uploaders. If one of uploaders fails, let's show an error icon to the specific uploader tab

For example, this is a current view of the upload tab with multiple uploaders:

If entrez_genomic_pos uploader fails, we can add an error icon to its tab, so that we can easily tell which uploader fails.

When there is only one uploader, it's easy to tell under the "Uploader" tab. No need to change anything.
