Possible for Mani to get loaded twice

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use the VSP loading method for mani
2.Also use the metamod loading method for mani
3.Start server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I remember Keeper saying that Mani wont load twice long time ago on CSS.
Its broken for CS:GO.
