Weapon bug

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.M4A1-S can´t be buyed!
2.You can´t remove from weapon restriction because its not on the list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- im using windows 7 on a powerful machine!

Please provide any additional information below.
- This bug is a bug with the weapon "M4A1-S". It´s the weapon that did come in 
the lates update for counter strike go! The problem is that you can not buy the 
weapon with mani admin installed! I need to disable the plugin for useing the 
weapon!
