I received a note from Google Play on my latest app release as follows:

I traced it to here:

Line 107 in 109c0a6

implementation "org.greenrobot:eventbus:3.2.0"

Is EventBus actually used in the Android Auto implementation? I couldn't find it anywhere.

You are right, it is being used anymore.
