Change District needs to District needs and updates. #5

This page should show the list of the 14 districts. When clicked on one, it should show the current district needs table along with a the status update of the district - like leave announcements for ed institutions.

  • Rename the current DistrictNeeds model to DistrictNeeds (backup data before doing this)
  • Add a/multiple status fields like holiday annoucements, alerts, others etc
