Flight commander buttons not active when active marker deck is attached.

The flight tab has a flight commander buttons that are grayed out when there is no positioning deck, however when the active marker deck is attached, this is still grayed out.

The passive marker deck has no OW memory so that can not be included, and the active marker deck is only 'valid' if QTM is sending through positions okay. Maybe in this case, a 'receiving rigid bodies' or a 'stable positioning estimate' could also be valid to ungray the buttons?
