2015.08

This release should use at least the 2015.08 release of the stm32 firmware.
Changelog:

• Add option to set device address of the Crazyflie via syslink interface.
• Added RSSI information that are now sent over the syslink to the STM32 at 100Hz
• Fixed startup bug caused by RSSI messages. Syslink push messages are now delayed at startup.
