sync with synology contacts failed

I updated synology to DSM 7 and Carddav Server is not longer used, instead Synology Contacts is installed. When I try to add this new configuration to davx5, it shows "No CalDAV- or CardDAV-service found" [edit:] on my android phone. On another android phone i can make the connection, so it is something within my phone.

Things i tried:

• setup according to tutorial https://www.davx5.com/tested-with/synology
• tried port forwarding. tried different ports. created alias (/contacts). nothing worked.
• tried Synology: TLS/SSL Modern compatibility not working for Caldav #240
• clean rebooted re-install davx5

check:

• davx5 worked previously with Carddav Server on DSM 6
• davx5 and the Caldav account on the same synology still syncs.
• In Thunderbird it is no problem to make a carddav-connection to the new Synology Contacts configuration. In davx5 it is.

Do you access it from outside (Internet) or from within the LAN? I'd try in LAN first, and if it works, you can try with port forwarding.

You can also try with another CardDAV client (for instance on the desktop) and see whether it works from outside, then you know the ports etc.

I think it won't work without port. The Contacts server runs on port 5000.

I'd tried within LAN, and from outside - no difference.
I'd also tried 5000/5001, didn't work either.

carddav URL is without ports.

you can setup an alias in Control Panel > Login Portal > Applications.
The main DSM port stil works with this setup, but the connections with davx5 doesn't.

It works with the android phone of a friend! But still not with mine :( i also removed app and app data for clean re install. It didn't help.. What can be the problem?

Davx5 cannot make a connection if you use a NordVPN connection! Pause NordVPN on your phone during setup solved the problem.
