How would one go about creating a manual approval barrier for ratings and reviews?

Hi @mishu-,
you could simply add a Boolean to mark reviews as unverified. You can send a notification to admins or whatever. There are several ways to add such a feature.
We're not actively working on this app, so you might want to send a pull request.
