CAN'T OPEN MTK_GUI PLEASE HELP

I'm trying to open a mtk_gui in cmd bu using python, but in not works
message that cmd gives me
C:\Users\user\Desktop\mtkclient-main>python mtk_gui
python: can't open file 'C:\Users\user\Desktop\mtkclient-main\mtk_gui': [Errno 2] No such file or directory
But there is a file

Use: python mtk_gui.py
Or double click mtk_gui batch file.

Tried to downgrade version of MTKClient (by the link in the end of the tutorial)
Only that helped. Unlocked bootloader in literally 2 seconds.
But I have issue now. Does anyone knows how to flash new rom with mtkclient?
