Request for IONORT Fortran Code help

My name is Lei Zhang,and I am a HAM from Beijing,China.

As I read the paper "ionort:a windows software tool to calculate the hf ray tracing in the ionosphere" and download the code from the github(Web address is :https://github.com/blair3sat/ionosphere-rt), there are four Subdirectory in ionosphere-rt-master directory: FORTRAN、ionort、MATLAB and PYTHON.
I hava two questions when I run the IONORT 0.7.2 soft tool on windows 7.

 The program prompt a pop-up message of "IONORT_DISCRETE_GRID_WF.EXE is out of service" when I input 90 in "Elevation" text field and Change ionospheric model to "Discrete,grid,WF"  in the graphic user interface, other options remain by default and then I click the RUN button.

 I try to change the Elevation parameter to 1.5707963300 in line 15 of DATA_IN.txt in dir of ionosphere-rt-master\FORTRAN\IONORT_DISCRETE_GRID_WF, and other lines remain by default . The same prompt box displays when I double-click the IONORT_DISCRETE_GRID_WF.EXE of ionosphere-rt-master\FORTRAN\IONORT_DISCRETE_GRID_WF dir .

  I change TLAT to 0.6974335700, TLON to 2.0310396500(TLAT: 39.96 Nord, TLON: 116.37 East) in line 4 and 5 of DATA_IN.txt in dir of ionosphere-rt-master\FORTRAN\IONORT_DISCRETE_GRID_WF, and other lines remain by default. Then the program is working properly when I ran the IONORT_DISCRETE_GRID_WF.EXE of ionosphere-rt-master\FORTRAN\IONORT_DISCRETE_GRID_WF dir.

The latitude and longitude are no longer within the scope described in GRIDPROFILES.TXT in the \ionosphere-rt-master\FORTRAN\IONORT_DISCRETE_GRID_WF directory , and I am curious about where the grid configuration parameters are calculated at this time.
