I am studying how we plan to correlate the data in order to be able to be sure that the optical instrument will give us the correct data.

Do you mean reconstructing profiles from RF and Optical collected data? If so, Gautom and I talked about doing a dynamic programming/ML solution by using the ray tracing simulation.
