Intel NCS2 broken since 0.14.0-beta2 #12855

This is covered in the release notes, support for the NCS2 has been removed due to the fact that the device has for a long time been discontinued by Intel. We were stuck on a very old version of openvino and needed to update it, but this means that the NCS2 is not usable in 0.14. |
