[Config Support]: Frigate UI and Portainer does not load the UI sometimes although Frigate is working/recording

Describe the problem you are having

I have followed this article and installed Frigate on a Docker container inside my proxmox VE.

Problem is: randomly/sometimes, when i e.g. check sth. with the config on UI or when i click on some video detection files to play them on Frigate UI, i see the spinner on the video spins longer than usual, and there i understand that the Frigate UI does not respond anymore. F5 shows me "Safari can't open the page" (In Browser i just see ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED). At that moment also the Portainer, where i just have a Frigate instance running can also not be opened.

At very this moment: docker ps on LXC shows me everything as usual (both UIs are running):

docker logs portainer also does not show me any error:

Again sometimes both UIs are there again after a few minutes/seconds (without any new logs on Frigate/Go2rtc). But sometimes they do not open ever again. Only when i restart the proxmox LXC, i can again open both URLs. And on Frigate i see that, Frigate could have been recording all the time without interruption (of course except LXC Restart duration).

Here is also a Screenshot of the LXC in Proxmox. It mostly seems like this without any much use of Ram/CCU:

All screenshots and logs are fresh.
As you can see from the Frigate logs today at 8:14 i had to restart the LXC.

After some minutes my Frigate UI and Portainer was again lost for a few seconds/minutes while i was opening a video file. Than i did not restart the LXC again since it worked itself again. So all the logs should also show sth. about that state..

If it says connection refused that points to Frigate restarting

I am not sure..
After i can connect again, i can see the frigate was still recording during that issue.. Recording was always on.

I see, then perhaps something in portainer is causing network to stop for it and any of its containers
